Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy
Please note that all orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of your purchase, we will notify you and provide you a refund.
Items offered on A Wild Fern LLC website are only available to deliver to addresses within the USA. Any shipments outside of the USA are not available at this time.
Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be utilized as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, fulfillment of your order should be complete within one weeks worth of business days from the date of your purchase. This does not include shipping time. The term 'business day' means Monday to Friday with the exception of holidays. Please note that orders will not ship on Sundays and products may be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping costs may apply at checkout.
To qualify for a refund, items must be in the same condition in which you received them. Refunds are in the form of store credit. Please note that the original shipping charge will not be refunded when returning items unless it was sent to you incorrectly.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the order being received by customer.
Accessories, jewelry and hats are final sale.
If your item(s) arrive incorrect and does not match your original order; or, your item(s) is damaged when you receive them, you must email email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the order for steps to receiving return information.
Note: If packages come back as "Return to Sender" due to an incorrect delivery address, the item(s) will go back in to inventory and the order will need to be placed again by the customer.
